3CL Insights is the occasional paper series of the Commonwealth Centre for Connected Learning Foundation (3CL Foundation, Malta). The series provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to critically explore the reflexive relationship between technology and society, with a particular focus on learning, communication, and digital governance. Contributions that draw on interdisciplinary perspectives combining education with sociology, psychology, communication studies, computer and digital sciences, media literacy, information literacy, anthropology, or economics are especially welcome.

As an occasional paper series rather than a periodical journal, 3CL Insights is designed to respond to the pace at which technology reshapes learning and society, publishing contributions singly and as they are ready, rather than grouped together as an issue and on a fixed schedule. Such a format gives authors the space to develop timely, substantive arguments without the constraints of a journal cycle.
